Producer Samklef, Other Nigerians Worry Over Actor Mr Ibu's Massive Potbelly (photo)

Popular music producer Samklef has shaded veteran Nollywood star, John Okafor aka Mr Ibu, via a post shared on his social media page. Samklef recently posted a photo of Mr Ibu on his official Instagram page. In the image shared, Mr Ibu was spotted shirtless as he displayed his massive potbelly.  The producer in the caption that accompanied the post had wondered what the comic actor was consuming to make his stomach protrude so much.  Samklef who seemed to be dropping some indirect advice for the actor noted that health is wealth. Military Sources Say Arotile’s killer Is a Civilian With No Driver’s Licence

Military sources have revealed more details about the circumstances surrounding the death of Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile who was killed in an accident. The late Arotile was Nigeria’s first female combat helicopter pilot. She died on Wednesday, July 15, after reportedly being hit by a reversing car. According to the sources, the civilian driver, accompanied by his friends, visited his relations at the Airforce base located in Mando area of Kaduna metropolis on that fateful day. The driver decided to drop off the late Airforce pilot whom he spotted on the road inside the base.  But when he was reversing the car, he knocked down the deceased, who died after sustaining head injuries. Sources said during interrogation it was discovered that the driver of the car, who is Arotile’s former secondary school classmate has no valid driver’s licence. 85 Infants Under Age 1 Tested Positive For Coronavirus In One Texas County

Eighty-five infants under age 1 have tested positive  for coronavirous in one Texas county. And local officials are imploring residents to help stop its spread as the state becomes one of the newest hotspots. Since January, health authorities have identified more thean 3.6 million covid-19 cases throughout the United States. Nearly 140,000 people have died, according to Johns Hopkins University. In Texas' Nueces County, where Corpus Christi is located, the number of new coronavirus cases skyrocketed in July after a flattening trend. The virus has infected dozens of babies and local officials are urging people to wear masks and practice social distancing.  "We currently have 85 babies under the age of one year in Nueces County that have all tested positive for Covid-19," said Annette Rodriguez, director of public health for Corpus Christi Nueces County. "These babies have not even had their first birthday yet. Please help us stop the spread of this disease." ...

After 17 years without a federal execution, the US executed the third prisoner in a week, a                                                   drug kingpin who killed five people in 1993 The US government on Friday executed Dustin Lee Honken, the third federal inmate to receive the death penalty this week after the punishment was revived by the Trump administration following a 17-year hiatus. Honken was pronounced dead at 4:36 p.m., the Bureau of Prisons said.
